Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by Post Haste couriers or New Zealand Post, for a flat rate of $6.75
International orders are sent as International Air by New Zealand Post for a flat rate of $30.00
Returns
If you need to return items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, for a returns approval. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving your order.
Return freight costs must be paid for by the customer. Any costs incurred by The Book Garden New Zealand as a result of customers not paying for return postage will be charged to the customer.
Goods must be returned in mint condition for re-sale.
